A Brief Profile
Originating from Jaipur - the city known world over for architectural marvel and planned development and also the capital city of the largest state of INDIA – Rajasthan, the flagship company of The Mannat Group – UNIQUE BUILDERS has a culturally and genetically deep rooted virtues of quality and excellence. It is owing to these practices and commitment towards high customer satisfaction that within a span of 6 years, we have become one of the largest real estate developers in the state of Rajasthan and soon expanding to Maharashtra, Gujarat and Delhi - NCR region.
The group’s journey started through a humble beginning in the form of brick manufacturing unit – Jaipur Brick Company (JBC) more than three decades ago. Continuously over the years we have been able to maintain the market leadership at the base of the construction industry and JBC exists as the only brand in this sector across the state. We proudly share that a significant contribution towards the modern residential and commercial development of the state of Rajasthan rest on the walls carved on JBC- Jaipur Brick Company. The JBC is churning out nearly 35 million bricks annually.
To strengthen the presence at the bottom of the construction industry, the group ventured into the stone crushing and from two decades, the company is commanding a leadership under the name Ram Stone Crushing Company. With the aid of an in house logistics support, the quality commitment extends not only with regards to the product but also to the timely and efficient delivery to the customers.
After developing some intermittent landmarks across the city of Jaipur, in the milestone year of 2003, we entered the organized real estate development sector by forming UNIQUE BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS. The company has a widespread interest in developing the following formats of real estate:
